Hey guys, Yesterday I spoke with a live agent, and she said my case is still at the NBC. Do you know if the NBC can make a final decision on my case, or does it need to be transferred to a local office to be approved? Please share your thoughts with me.

Hello so I filed my I-130 for my wife in August of 2024 and my case was transferred from Nebraska to the Phoenix field office and is in queue for a interview has anyone had any similar experiences it’s been 3 months since it has been transferred and no interview date yet, My wife has never been to the us and I have no criminal record and if anyone has ever had a consular I-130 interview in the states what was the experience like

PD: Dec 8 2022 Approval: Jan 9 2026 Centre: Originally California but the approval came from Texas Received a notice on 8th Jan via email as well as in our account that the I130 was approved but the official change in our Case status came today on 9th Jan. Now waiting on our NVC welcome letter for the next step. (Case was not expedited, normal processing) So grateful to God for this approval 🙏🏽
