Hi everyone I have one question for my friend ,who was citizen of USA ,died last week in USA .he applied for his wife living in out of country ,got already second letter but because of my friend died the petition will be cancele automatically.Anyone know how can my friend’s wife come USA or any alternative way to process visa .anyone has same experience please share me .

I have a pending i485, on January 12, 2025, I file I-765 but haven’t gotten a response. The money order was for $520 instead of $260 but it was cashed in February 18, 2025. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Haven’t checked the data yet, but I’m wondering if they’re already running low on remaining visas to give. 2021 approvals have been so scarce, and it seems like consular cases are being prioritized over AOS.

N400: Anyone with a similar background?

Hi friends! I submitted my N400 in early Nov 2024 and it’s been 150+ days and I have yet to receive anything more than a receipt notice! I am getting so worried in light of recent events. I am in Los Angeles, though my case is an IOE case. Is there anyone else in the area as well and also seeing the same progress? I see these super fast naturalization cases and it makes me even more anxious!
