Is there anyone here who came under the CHNV parole program who went to the interview and the officer says the will check if there is any fraud in your entry in the U.S and then you will hear from them.......I am so frustrated right now..I don't not know when it will be over or what next to expect huh.

I applied for green cards for my wife and son and now I have obtained citizenship. Does anyone have any idea how much more time it will take for them to come to America? it's more then 2years now. after done my citizenship hope it will now processing fast.. help me out if anyone have any idea

do 485 cases need to move to FO for adjudication?

I am seeing mixed information online about whether employment based visas need to go through a field office (local or non-local) for approvals to happen? Are approvals coming from NBC too? stuck in a situation where I have multiple timestamp updates yet my case remains at NBC.

I485 is pending for 14 months, no update since 1 year

My I485 receipt date is September 3, 2024. Last update is fingerprint taken on October 3, 2024. Since then there is no progress. Tried to get update through live agent several times, they don’t give any information. Communicated with local congressmen, they also got generic reply from USCIS. Tried again to connect local congressmen, they don’t reply. My friend whose priority date is current in October, he got approval within 16 days. It’s disappointing to wait for long time. Also, people see their status as “Case is actively been reviewed “, which isn’t same for me. What can be done to get some progress. The case is stuck at NBC. Priority date: March 6, 2023 Category: EB2 ROW

Work permit based on accepted I-360

My attorney submitted both I-360 and I-765 at the same time before June 4th; however, I was not granted deferred action, just as expected. Very frustrating; I genuinely don’t know if I will be able to keep my cool much longer. My attorney swore they would honor my date of submission, but I new it was too good to be true. Nevertheless, it was denied.

Hello,I got RFE on all three prongs and after reading the RFE most of what is requested is already in the petition but I am still very nervous. I am PostDoc and my endeavor is centered around Alzheimer. When I filed I had 8 research articles with more than 100 citations. I dont know if I stand a chance to win or not. Did anyone postdoc got RFE in 2025 and were you approved or denied.

Am I the only one going through this?

my case still says actively been reviewed by USCIS. I had my interview 60days ago for both I-130 and I-485 😩😞😞 how long do I have to wait? should I call them?

I still haven’t received my Green Card. It’s been about seven months since they last checked my case, but there haven’t been any new updates. I feel like it’s taking too long for them to review or update my case.

Have interview letters been sent out for October? London embassy with mid-October DQ date.

Any one still waiting October 2024 filer

I've been waiting for a year for my green card to be authorized after fingerprinting was done, and the status was updated last November to reflect that. This silence is killing my sanity. I'm running out of patience 😭 like I have done everything possible: called them , contacted my congressman, outside processing time filled, like I’m just exhausted FYI, my priority date is October 2024
