Hi Family, A friend of mines just got married and is currently in the United States and is looking to adjust his status from student visa. Can anyone explain to orocess of changing his status. What forms is needed? I am only fermiliar with the consular orocess of it and have limited knowlege on the adjust status part. Thank you

after filing I130 for spouse as PR. Do I file another after n400 approval

about a year ago I filled i130 for my spouse. I am eligible to file for citizenship. I got my n400 filed. do I have to file another for my spouse?

I'm unsure how many green cards still remain. I heard there won't be too many spillovers this year? if we have an old priority date before 2018 for eb1c can we expect a green card this fiscal year?

API Update and action taken email

My I-485 had an API update on 6/10 with 2 new event codes FTA0 AND FTA1. received 2 emails saying action has been taken on my case. case status got updated with 6/10 date but with same status as "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS". had checked with Emma and it confirmed nothing much but case is being actively reviewed.
