I will advise you upgrade to PP if you can't wait anymore. Forget about any lawyer's opinion & take responsibility for your immigration processes. I have been waiting for a decision since March 2024 (over 28 months). Just upgraded to PP last week. Nothing is certain under the current administration.

I upgraded PP, approved without RFE it was 2025. my priority date September 2024.

I did that and got an RFE after 43 days of PP. I sent my answer and am waiting again.

@Peter O. mine is March 2024 too. the wait is not easy and as you said nothing is predicted this season. kindly keep us posted with your pp?

I did PP in December 2024, I got approval, my PD was August 2024.
