Hi,
My I-140 has been going since August 2024, I want to do PP but lawyers are not recommending it. I'm wondering how many people from 2024 got approved after doing PP?

I will advise you upgrade to PP if you can't wait anymore. Forget about any lawyer's opinion & take responsibility for your immigration processes. I have been waiting for a decision since March 2024 (over 28 months). Just upgraded to PP last week. Nothing is certain under the current administration.

I upgraded PP, approved without RFE it was 2025. my priority date September 2024.
