F2A to IR1 timeline
Hi everyone I just informed USCIS to upgrade my F2A to IR1 after I got my Citizenship.
Outside USA Counselor Processing of Form I-130
Date of Filling is in May 2024
Texas Service Center
Question-
1. When do you think they will upgrade my Case?
2. Do they approved I-130 immediately after updating the case?

I submitted a service request to upgrade my case to IR1. However it was only upgraded at the time of our interview a year later. It really is case by case. Yours could be earlier.

Also my I-130 has been approved for over two years now. The timelines are different for everyone.

and ask for Live Agent
once connected tell them that you want to upgrade the case
and they will create a ticket number for the officer
you have to upload your naturalization certificate also

u have to call them nd let them know the day u got your citizenship…i did the same way nd after 1 month i130 approved..nd now just waiting for consulate interview date
