EAD under SIJs deferred action (c14), 9 months of waiting.
Its been over 9 months of waiting, and I haven’t received any decision. Idk what to do. Called USCIS like a 100 times, submitted like 5 case inquiries, 2 expedite requests, congressman request, senator requested, CIS Ombudsman requested. And yet, haven’t received any sort of response or just typical responses. I see people are getting approval who have less waiting time. Does anyone know, whats left to do?
Will be grateful for any help. 🙏🏻

Biometrics request for the petitioner
My daughter was under 21 when I filed her I-130, and now she’s 21. Her case has finally moved, but USCIS sent me, the petitioner, to do the biometric appointment. I’m a U.S. citizen.
From my research, it seems this is okay since she has now aged out and is 21, but I wanted to hear from others. Has anyone else had this experience? Please share your thoughts.
