Case Processing
Stop it for better
It’s not ridiculous. It’s normal. Look at these pictures.
And this is my another comment from another group:
44.470 people have been waiting for Consular Processing. And 6k people been waiting AOS. Total 51K visas have been demanded. Let’s say 10k visa have been given at 2024 FY. Now 41K people have been waiting. And also Filing date retrogression came at February 2023. Before LC could take approximately 11 months. Let’s go back 11 months, March 2022. Most of these people’s (41K) PD are before March 2022. (Approximately %90)
And after March 2022, maybe there are 15K approved I-140. Plus their family. Maybe 20-25K people have been waiting to file their green card. If anybody begins today, it will take 6-7 years
Still all agencies advertise and to take money. These agencies said “whole processing time can take 2-3 years” last year.
2 years ago they said 1-2 years. All agencies have messed up eb3.
The agencies must stop taking new cases until Eb3 can be current.
Here are the NVC report, AOS list and approved I140 list.

no movement
Is there any update EB3 Skilled? We have been waiting since October. My PD is July 2022 Philippines. My case has been current since October and upon checking on the latest visa bulletin, the only change was the final action date forwarding to 2 weeks. Before it was November 15, 2022 and now it is December 1, 2022.
If you have an approval, I will appreciate if you could comment your timeline.
Thanks!
I-485 approved - Marriage based
Hi everyone!
Isaiah 60:22 says,
“When the time is right, I, the lord will make it happen”
My case got approved today. Just in time before Trump takes office. What Christmas gift for me!
Here is my timeline:
October 2020: I got married to a USC
January 2021: My wife filed I-130 petition
January 2024: Interviewed and 3 days after the interview my I-130 was approved
Mars 2024: My lawyer filed a motion to terminate my removing proceedings case in the court due to my asylum case.
April 2024: DHS Attorney approved the motion then the judge granted it.
May 2024: Filed I-485 application to register permanent residence
September 2024: Filed I-765 form for work permit
November 3rd 2024: RFE for my I-485
November 30th 2024: Responding to RFE by uploading all the documents in my USCIS online account
December 3rd 2024: My I-765 was approved
December 10th 2024: My I-485 is approved
Note:
The processing time was estimated to 9 months when my I-485 was approved. Don’t be discouraged by the estimated time that is showed in your status. It’s not accurate at all.
Patience is the key. Be patient and pray
My prayers and thoughts are with you.
Good luck to everyone!

i751 and n400 combo interview approved
Had my combo interview today at the Atlanta field office, interview was pretty great aside from the extensive wait time
just so glad we got approved on the spot and I’m currently in line to be scheduled for an oath ceremony. Finally at the end of the journey with this love hate relationship with USCIS 😭🙏🏽
Edit - Officer asked my spouse and I basic questions like how we met, how long we dated before getting married, when we got married, if we have any support system or family in the US, if we have pets or kids, what we do for work and our schedule. SHE ALSO ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS PROVING OUR RELATIONSHIP. apparently her computer didn’t show any of the documents I uploaded for n400, all she had was the i751 docs
After this, she moved straight to the civics questions
- mention one US border state
- capital of my state
- what was the main concern of colonists during the Cold War
-political party of the current president
