Case Processing
I-485 Denied
Guys, I had my I-485 denied, my I-765 was approved months ago and my I-130 is pending, in the letter I saw that the reason was that they did not accept my sponsor, the letter says that in 18 days my EAD will be canceled and that I have 33 days to leave the country, I am looking for a lawyer but I wanted to know if anyone has gone through something similar, if I appeal by sending a new sponsor, if I reapply only the I-485 or the entire process. Thanks

travel experience on advance parole
travelled to my home country on advance parole and came back today after 3 months, at JFK . this was my second visit to my country on advance parole and everything was pretty smooth today. I was taken to the secondary inspection and waiting for almost 10 minutes, the officer called my name and gave back my passport, EAD and advance parole travel document. Not even a single question was asked this time.
question regarding i-485
A few month ago, I had requested my I-485 form under privacy act. I got the pdf version of that form where I can see some handwritten notes by an immigration officer. Well, I saw the date on where it says Lawful permanent resident as of (LPR) but my case is still in CRP. I am looking for an advice from the community if anyone is on similar situation. Thank you.
It does not make sense
it’s does not make sense for Uscis to terminate half of the employees after knowing that cases are delayed for almost 4years . would this slow down on cases or it is because of Uscis is not accepting paper filling and they only doing online filling . But still it’s not not make sense to me . why not keep them for a little while to help process cases faster .
And the second thing I’m hearing is the coming of the new administration cases will be slower . I hope the processing time would not change to 100month 🙄
