please find a lawyer to handle your son case considering the way things looked now with USCIS.

90 days after he came in with B2 visa, and ensure to file a separate i360 for him as a derivative child and you can file i485 and work authorization along if your has been in already. Or if you have been approved you can file to request his approval notice too and proceed for his i485 and i765

u can file for his i485 and work permit after 90 days, no need to file i360 again. I did it for my daughter and she has her work and travel permit.

I don’t think you have to file an I360 for him he’s a derivative he wasn’t abused, and before you can start any process for him you’re i360 has to be approved @M.O W then you can file to adjust his status and the necessary documents that he needs like work authorization etc. Talk to your lawyer and get legal advice please

@Tash B she doesn't have to wait until her i360 is approved. I did it for my daughter and my i360 wasn't approved.

@Shari Oh really, that’s great.@M.O W , you can just go right ahead then love and file before she’s passed the age..my daughter in out the country guessing it’s different for them when they are not inside the country, I had to wait to start hers.

@Tash B lawyer had already robbed me over $7,000 when I paid to do my vawa I-360 -I-485 -work permit I had was to do research and filed all my paperwork over and I did it myself I actually gotten my travel documents and my work permit still waiting for approval-filed in 2022
