Inquiry Regarding H1B Visa Processing Location After Relocation to Canada
I am writing to seek clarification regarding the process for obtaining my H1B visa. I initially applied for an H1B visa from India, and later, I received a job offer in Canada, which prompted me to relocate here. My I-129 petition has since been approved while I am residing in Canada.
Given my current residence in Canada, I would like to inquire whether I can proceed with the visa stamping process from Canada or if I am required to return to India to complete the visa process.
I appreciate your guidance on how best to proceed with my case.

How long does it take for USCIS to respond to a claim? On December 21st, it will be one year since I sent in my work permit renewal and I still haven't received it.
Is anyone else in the same situation? I lost my job because I didn't have my work permit renewed, I'm a single mother and child support isn't enough for me at all... I already feel like I'm going to collapse.

Hello Friends
My husband is on an E3 visa since 2022. We have applied for an EB5 in March 2024. My Husband‘s E3 expires on December 21st 2024 which means he cannot continue his employment, Drivers licenses are expiring. none of the family members will be able to drive.
Case tracker shows.that our EAD application (I- 765) is 6th in queue and Advance Parole (I-131) is 4th in queue since 5th of December 2024.
Has anyone experienced this situation and can someone guide us what we can do at this point of time.

On September 4th, 2024 I recieved an update from USCIS that they are “actively reviewing your Form I-485. Our records show nothing outstanding at this time”. Now, on december 10th, I receieved a second “case is being actively reviewed by USCIS”. Has anyone been through this? What is your experience?

Guys, I had my I-485 denied, my I-765 was approved months ago and my I-130 is pending, in the letter I saw that the reason was that they did not accept my sponsor, the letter says that in 18 days my EAD will be canceled and that I have 33 days to leave the country, I am looking for a lawyer but I wanted to know if anyone has gone through something similar, if I appeal by sending a new sponsor, if I reapply only the I-485 or the entire process.
