@Cony Li same thing happened to me! yesterday I received the email chat with 2 agents and said that my case was listed for interview!! today I chat again and they said that email is generic and is send for the system.. I’m like what? what play with people feelings like this!! this is really frustrating

I’m so frustrated right now since October 11 2024 uptill now my EAD and GC has not been approve yet, especially the EAD I’m so tired of sitting at home, haven’t use to be home for this long. It’s really depressing

@Cony Li Thank you for sharing this post. I’m in the same situation and when I called, I was told the same thing. After checking JSON, I was able to confirm that my case was actually reviewed. I then sent them a message stating that a notification was missing and they replied the next day and informed me that my case had been transferred to Potomac from Nebraska. I can’t tell you how heartbroken I am to be transferred at the last moment and not approved. The only silver lining is that we are approaching the last two weeks of this process and the majority of people on Reddit and other platforms are saying that this transfer should speed things up. Most people were approved in two weeks. Of note, I moved from California to Florida last June and Nebraska may no longer have jurisdiction. 🤷🏽‍♀️Stay positive and focused and please don’t be discouraged. You are not alone in this. 🙏🏼

I know it’s frustrating. my date was Aug 14, 2023. I got an email Feb 28 2025 saying my case was being actively reviewed for the second time. that same day I was approved with no interview or RFE so don’t lose hope! (I was Texas service center also)

@Lolo Duru i am soooo sorry to see what happened to you, it’s really crazy and I will never understand how they work. i feel you and understand you so much… i would be heartbroken too! in fact i think we all are, as every day passes by and we know NOTHING about it.
