@Ania Eska my case alone not really complicated - I am married to a permanent resident and we have three kids. But my husband was previously married to a US Citizen and that’s how he got a green card, they divorced. They suspect fraud, even though he got a 10 year green card, so there was an investigation. My husband has an ongoing naturalization case, so basically they told me that until he gets the citizenship I can’t really expect anything.
