if you don’t want to wait, you can pay for premium

USCIS was too busy with asylum seekers, so now they're trying to keep up with the long backlog.

I am in a similar situation with my RFE (in Nebraska center). RFE there since Aug/2024 and no answer so far. I am not paying for premium process once my priority date is no current, so I am thinking about opening an Inquiry but my lawyer did not recommended. I’ve heard several things about Nebraska center but what I think it’s really happening is that they might have faced several layoffs, too much cases to analyze and they might be prioritizing cases where filling date is close to priority date from visa bulletin…I cannot ensure all above mentioned by me is 100% reality but from what I have researched these informations seems more realistic…

recently fraud from Brazilian and Argentine lawyers from Florida seems to be a cause of this disruption.

@Thay F. As per AILA, USCIS is cracking down some cases from some offices. If your case is legit, you'll be good

@Thay F. Make sure you use a real (not gimmick mobility consultant) or answer it yourself.
