Applied for my mother from Newyork i130,i765,i131,i485 National Benefits Center
we had a lawyer fill out all the forms
PD:3rd July,2024
Biometrics in last week of July
Received RFE for 2023 taxes
Received work permit sometime in first week of August,2024.
sent RFE documents in August,2024
I131 Advanced parole approved 17th December,2024
i130 got approved on 3rd February,2025
on 4th February Received RFE for recent passport size pics
Photos received by USCIS on 12th February,2025
i485 approved on 25th Feb,2025
card produced on 27th Feb,3025
green card received on 3rd March,2025

field office processing time disappeared
go to links below , select 485 and employment based from the drop down. you will not be able to see any field offices in the third drop down . this was visible earlier but now
“ all field offices “ shows up as a option and currently the processing time for 80% applications is 12.5 months .
Q1. does this mean field offices with huge backlogs will get priority ?
Q2. does this mean we all should expect 12.5 months for approvals ie longer processing times ?

Ademas me gustaría saber si alguien a salido de Santo Domingo sin ningun problema con el apellido de casada en la green card y su apellido de soltera en el passport?
Me preocupa eso porque aveces alla le quieren complicar la vida a uno para salir del aeropuerto.

Expedite request .
I have sent documents for expedite request in oct 2024 since that no update . other day I call USCIS and ask for info pass appointment.I told officer about the expedite request she said she don’t see any request in the system then she asked me the reason and I explained her . next day I got call from a immigration officer and she asked me about the request again I explained her . she said I’ll get response in 10 calendar days .
anyone go through this process ?
When will the approval for RTD be?
Good evening! How much longer do u think I will have to wait for the RTD ? How long has it been already?
also, I’m afraid that I might already have a GC, and they might deny me the RTD

my 485 pending 353 days until now
hi ,
I hope everyone is doing well.
I send my full package October 22, 2020 ( 360 -485 ) .my vawa got approved march 14, 2024 .
they changed my status to fingerprints has been applied for 485 on march 15 , 2024 .
since then, I never heard from them , no RFE no medical exam or interview.
I’m so frustrated please anyone has the same situation? what I should do ?
a lot of people after me they already got the green card and I’m still waiting, please help.
