I have a question. a letter from my therapist can help me to expedite my case? I am going through a psychological hardship.

@yark Sher I don't think so. But you can still try. Only extreme situations fall under expedite.

what I do know about is that such letter can help to serve as additional evidence when USCIS asked you to prove that you went through hardship in your relationship.

I already sent that letter from my two different therapist when I filled my case, I am still taking therapy and I just want to know if I can request to expedite my case because of my psychological hardship

@yark Sher We are all suffering Psychological hardship . It’s not peculiar to you alone, hence, it will not work. If one has Life- Endagering Illness (such as Cancer) with Medical Report, that can work
