For those filing i-130 for ( spouse) thats in the middle east, i need help on deciding which Embassy to send my wife’s case to! Since the embassy in her home country (Yemen) is shut down, i was suggested to have our case sent to Djibouti, however i have noticed that Djibouti is currently backed up and appointments are taking nearly 14 months for an interview….
We have an option of staying or transferring to
Jordan
Or
Saudia Arabia
Any advice on what to do? Does anyone know how long appointments take in those countries?

I just received a green card APPROVAL!!!
I have just received my final green card approval!
After a long and challenging journey, my green card has finally been approved, and I can hardly believe this moment has come for me. I am truly grateful to God. It was only through His grace that I was able to endure and make it this far.
I first applied on January 10, 2023. In July, I received an RFE for my I-130, and I put my best effort into preparing and submitting the additional documents. Both my I-485 and I-130 have now been approved together.
Thank you so much. I sincerely hope that everyone here will also receive their approval soon and share in this joy. Stay strong and keep fighting!

guys after 2 months I sent the response of the RFE they ask me that was a 601 for misrepresentation today I received a notice from this page said we received your response they gonna start working again on it my question is the waiver tey supposed to send you a notice in mail for it with a number so🤷♂️ what’s is going on here how long to get a answer back from them again thank you #601 #uscis #601misrepresentation

Spoke to a real person…….
Hi, I called USCIS and spoke to a really person. She was nice 😊. My case (485) is in Detroit which is my field office. She said everything looked okay, I am just waiting. She said that I need to wait the 30 days from the inquiry 🧐 of my 765.
I said info pass when I called and I got through.
I had contacted the congress person but I am holding off on having him involved. I am worried about getting home for my mother but I also realize that I need to maybe wait until I really need help. I am going to wait and see for a bit and try again with the expidite for my 131 with new info my my mothers oncologist.
For the first time in a long time, I feel some hope. Speaking to a person was good.
