yes , I mentioned all of that in my petition and attached court disposition

Hate to say it but Even dismissed stuff leaves a paper trail.

guys , it was dismissed due to test result evidence and the charge was pressed by the officer unfairly and I had to swallow it on my record

@Ahmed Ah I think you should be okay they will ask you for an interview most probably I know because my friend had a conviction of dwi and he was called for interview but because it was his only dwi and no prior criminal activity his case was later approved but that was during Biden era !!! if you have a dismissed dui then you should be okay hopefully having said that if the dwi was due to any drugs then it’s a big problem fail only 1 dui due to alcohol consumption according to law is fine as long as no aggravating factors were involved
