I-131 travel documents
I’m so confused—maybe someone has gone through this issue before. I’m having trouble understanding what’s happening, and USCIS weren’t even able to see my denial letter.
On August 5, 2024, I sent in my renewal application for Advance Parole and my Work Permit because both were set to expire on December 8, 2024. In February, I received approval for my Work Permit for five years, but my Advance Parole was denied.
Today, I received the denial letter, and it states:
“A review of the record reveals that on October 1, 2024, you were issued a Deferred Action Parole Document at the time of your entry into the United States, with Form I-94 number [X]. The document is valid from October 1, 2024, until September 29, 2025.”
The problem is I never received this document, and I never traveled on October 1, 2024. I came back from Colombia and on my passport I do see a stamp that said 10/1/2024 to September 29 2025 u.s department of homeland security vawa but I don’t have a paper or a card that said that only a stamp on my passport now am so confused that I don’t even know if I can travel
green card payment received

Annual Limits Reached For EB-4
The U.S. Department of State, in collaboration with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, has announced that all available immigrant visas in the Employment-Based Fourth Preference (EB-4) category for fiscal year (FY) 2025 have been issued. According to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), there is a cap on the number of employment-based preference immigrant visas that can be issued within a fiscal year. Specifically, INA 203(b)(4) stipulates that the annual limit for EB-4 visas is 7.1 percent of the worldwide employment limit.
With all available EB-4 visas for FY 2025 now allocated, U.S. embassies and consulates are unable to issue visas in this category for the remainder of the current fiscal year. However, the annual limits will reset at the beginning of the new fiscal year, FY 2026, on October 1, 2025. At that time, embassies and consulates will resume issuing immigrant visas in the EB-4 category to qualified applicants.

My husband applied Green card for me in 2021. I’ve done everything like Medical checkup, interview and paid etc. I arrived to US in Dec 6, 2024 and the immigration said I need to wait for 90 days.
