hi vawa family,
please help me to give me good suggestions.i have applied vawa april 2023 and my case is finger print has taken and 360 is transferred to other office. i had pending asylum that i faced court two times and judge checked my PF snd give me this decision (The immigration judge issued an ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION)
like a removal proceeding was successful So my question is am i eligible to apply for advance parole? cause my lawyer says unfortunately not but i need to check someone has real experience about that or give me information about any good lawyers please.
i am stuck its been almost 12 years now need to meet my parents 🙏🙏

Yo estoy que ya hasta lloro de la impotencia entrar y ver la misma actualizacion que hace casi 15 meses. Esto me esta dando depresion porque ni siquiera puedo estar con mi esposo, no podemos tener un matrimonio normal ni crear un hogar porque solo lo puedo tener por dos semanas dos veces al año. No podemos estar juntos para tener citas de vez en cuando, no podemos tener una noche de ver peliculas, no podemos salir a dar un paseo ni cuando nos enfermamos, literalmente no podemos hacer nada juntos y esto mismo que estoy pasando yo, se que lo estan pasando mucho de ustedes y es algo muy injusto.
Solo quería desahogarme un poco porque ya no soporto mas esta espera pero a pesar de todo le sigo pidiendo a Dios que me de fuerzas y mucha paciendo porque se que su tiempo es perfecto.

does anyone know how to file a writ of mandamus we reached out to congressman and uscis say case is in third party background check it's impossible for a case to take 3 yrs, We already did interview and they did not update that the uscis officer that has this case has a vendetta it seems and it's not right doesn't matter we are all human no matter what race or culture.
