Good Morning everyone… please i need your help, can you help me to tell the estimate time F1 category, my case was petitioned on Nov,01,2017… USCIS Approved my case in 1 April 2021 and send it to NVC, my case status is Still showing in NVC… from the priority day 01 Nov 2017 to till now I’m in waiting zone… my file submitted in california centre. I’ve been waiting since 8 years ago.
Is anyone there who helps me to assist that how long i’ve to wait more, when i’ll get my welcome letter from Embassy… I feel sorrow about this

Since your priority date is November 1, 2017, in the F1 category, the delay is due to the backlog in the Visa Bulletin.
As of June 2025, the final action dates for F1 India, Mexico, and the Philippines are still years behind 2017. Unfortunately, it could take several more years for your date to become current. Until that happens, the NVC won't issue a welcome letter or schedule an interview.

Not much behind, the final action dates for F1 is going june 2016, how could you say that it could take more years to become current?
