so recently I was denied in November 2024 due to missing documents for I-864,I filed I-290b and got approved February 18th 2025.Today I received an email saying we’ve taken an action in your case,but no update online or no documents in document tab do anyone know what this could mean

My son is a directive child age 20 on my Pending I-360, He has an B2 visa , he came to visit me in the USA how long after his visit I can apply for is employment authorization documents I need advice if I can do so,I really don’t wanna send him back home
My petition got denied
My petition was denied, and I’m unsure about the next steps. I collaborated with Ashoori Law to draft my petition for a mobile application designed to help alleviate vertigo symptoms. I submitted four recommendation letters, including one from a licensed physical therapist who stated that my idea has potential, yet it was still denied. I have not received the details of the denial at this point. I feel indifferent about the situation and am uncertain about what to do next.

hello, I applied for my vawa in August 2023 and last year march I applied for a work permit and it’s been one year and I haven’t received anything yet . I called USCIS shaking and they told me to call back in 2 weeks to open a ticket ? has anyone experienced this ? do I have to get the vawa approved in order to get an EAD? help pls
