22 months, “still within normal processing time” 🤡😂
Still can’t even submit an inquiry. Apparently almost 2 years is normal. Both Congressman and Senator have been completeley useless, just passing the same response to me from the USCIS (“within normal processing time). Being a US citizen and paying tens of thousands in taxes every year means absolutely nothing. If I was in Israel I might get aid/support faster from the US government. As usual, America last.

@Fuzz Muzz Hi, are you doing consulate proceeding or AOF? Which country is your spouse from? I am Canadian and did a AOS. I feel those are faster for some reason. Vermont is know for being slow.

@Kingsley B Spouse is from the UK. Sorry whats AOS/AOF? We’re applying consular if thats what you’fe asking. But yeah ours is in Vermont. @eve eve Yeah it’s very odd. I’ve been married 8+ years with 2 children, marriage is VERY obviously legit, so 2 years to process I-130 is nothing short of disgusting. @Believe FX Sorry man. Hang in there. Congressman/Senators won’t give you much support unless you’re one of their donors giving them money. Sadly thats what things have come to. America is no longer about normal Americans. You don’t matter unless you’re rich, powerful, or living in Israel. Everybody else is irrelevent. This delay has caused me an insane amount of financial difficulty. I never imagine the I-130 could take 2 years to process. When I applied, the average processing time was 11.5 months.

@Fuzz Muzz Hi sorry, I meant AOS for both, typo with the F. It is an adjustment of status. Yours is taking a long time. I am sorry you are having to wait.
