Immigration Lawyer advising not to put extra evidence unless we receive an RFE? Has anyone used an immigration lawyer? are they worth it? I am worried.
Hi - we hired an immigration lawyer who's handling our case so I guess the application is going through their USCIS account ? However, we also have a personal one.
I am so worried because we compiled a bunch of evidence that others suggested submitting to support evidence of a bona fide relationship. The lawyer said we don't need to unless we receive an RFE. I'm so confused. I assumed the evidence would be helpful.
Can someone please clarify ? This is so stressful and scary. I'm so scared of the lawyer messing things up or not submitting things properly. We don't even know if they're doing things properly on their account...

Just sharing my journey. We filed on 8/2/24 and on 3/3/25, we received an online notification saying our interview is scheduled for 3/31.
We filed in the Texas office. I’ll keep you posted.

i have a question my assaylum indivisual date is 24 april and 10 monthes ago i filed to dismiss my assaylum case but i did not get any ressponse yet so my vawa is still pending so please let me know that 24 april final day what should i do should i tell my judge to dismiss my case or they will tell me to fight assaylum i am scared
and my assaylum case was in new york and i filed my vawa in ohio please guide me

it’s been 3 months since USCIS received my medical, yet no update. I did not get an update on the app that my medical was received but according to FEDEX, it was received and signed for. I’m praying God blesses me with my green card soon.

hi everyone,
I just got a interview notice for my I-751 application but it doesn’t say anything about being a combo interview as my N-400 is also pending
does it mean the interview will only be for I-751?
will i get a different interview for N-400 later?
anyone with past experience did you get interview notice just for I-751 while thier N-400 is pending

Hello everyone I have a question for the ones that have received RFE or the message “We have take action on your case”
We filed the I-130 on February 6th 2024, my case is Actively Reviewing since February 12th 2024, since that date we haven’t received any update, what is the next step? RFE? Interview? How is been your journey? We are also preparing a second file with the evidence of this last year, do you recommend to send unsolicited evidence?
