@Yisneiry Tapia not yet, possibly will do pp by the end of this week. For my opt extension they have scheduled a biometric!!!!!! appointment this week, waiting to find out when my opt will be extended and then go for I-14 premium. Things have got very complicated.

@Yisneiry Tapia I received this answer after talking to an live agent: “your case is doing good. they did work on it last month” possibly they are drafting an RFE 😞

one month for drafting a RFE? it seems too much. be aware officers have a tool which generate the rfe using some standard templates. maybe your case was escalated to a supervisor for the final decision, and they are behind on work.

many reasons, there is a video on YouTube from a former officer that explains how they review the niw cases.
