@peace everywhere put in your receipt number on the casetool. it shows the trend of approvals of receipt blocks around yours

@m le check the bottom of your receipt notice. it says where your case is processing. Sometimes it gets transferred without uscis notifying you tho

@m le hey I suggest you talk to your local representative/ congressman, I reached out to them and got response in 2 days. USCIS is processing and will schedule me an interview once it’s my turn and I’ll need to wait for another 120 days for interview notice basically. as least now I know what’s the situation.
