Can I accompany my parents to their 485 interview as interpreter
My mom has a 485 interview appointment at the Houston field office. She doesn't speak English. I'm wondering if I can accompany her to the interview as her interpreter. It's important to note that I've petitioned for her green card application as a U.S. citizen.

what’s the processing time after vawa get approved to get the green card, my vawa was approved November 16 2023
i485 was filed March 26 2021
November 16 2023 i485 transferred from Vermont to NBC
February 23 2024 got rfe ( medical)
April 1st 2024 they received my medical
on October 13 biometric was applied again to my i485. and still nothing it’s been a year since my vawa was approved is that normal ?! also when can I say the my case is out of the processing time?

Good morning everybody. I just want to know how long is a process. I’ve been waiting since 18-JUL-2024
All required applicant documents have been received and approved It says that everything is approved but we just waiting for a appointment at the NVC in the Dominican Republic. I’m still waiting. How long more I have to wait.
Document Verification And Biometrics

I have a quick question, My wife had her documents verification , medical and Biometrics done in El Salvador.
At her document verification at the embassy, The consulate officer, Gave her a sealed package with all her documentation.
My question is , If they didn’t ask for any waivers there , Does that mean she doesn’t need any, Her interview is on Dec 3 .
