After our interview
After our interview this morning, we got a letter stating that your case is being held for review at this time and that we would he getting a notice in mail because we were short of two documents which was a latest medical document and a previous lease agreement. Has anyone had the same situation like me and if so whats the outcome?

@Vaibhav Chaudhari well that sucks you’ll definitely get an RFE FOR THE MEDICAL question is there a reason you didn’t walk with or get ur medical to walk with

u should definitely send your medical document in your USCIS account all of the documents they asked during your interview. make sure u won’t receive any RFE . so they’ll approve your case.

@Mrs. A. S 🤍🤎 What do you mean by send it in your account ? Shouldn't it have been mailed in a sealed envelope with the initial application ?

@Anna B I have already submitted my medical before but its been over 2 years and after I received interview they needed latest medical for some reason. officer told this at the end of interview however interview was good

@Vaibhav Chaudhari don’t worry. you have to get a recent medical before they can approve. that happened to my friend. she now has her green card.
