I NEED HELP!!!
I wanna travel to the us this summer, while my i-130 is pending. But i wanna know if it’s safe to do this because i heard some stories about tourist getting detained at the airport😭😭 I already have been to usa with no problem while my case was pending and i went back on time. Do you think i can still go this summer and come back?? please help me i need advice
my progogress tab keeps increasing
please kindly help , I filed for my adjustment in December and I got my receipt notice in January, then on that same January I went for my biometric, my estimated time till decision was initially about 26month then when we got to February it extend to 29months then I wake up today to check in month of March I’m seeing 30months …. please why is it increasing instead of reducing?

how long does it take for your lawyer to contact when your vawa is approved.
my vawa was approved yesterday morning and I called my lawyers office but he said he did not see anything from uscis and he promised that he would call me if he see any notification.
No call still from his office . I’m Linda worried of the whole approval thing on the app is a mistake or something.
image been in this country for 10years this is the first time that I saw a chance to have a green cards and my lawyer telling me he did not see any notification after I saw it for 2 day on my site

curious on timeline
so my pd is 28th nov, 2023.. on friday march 14th, 2025 got an email that action was taken(so far no update in my account at all. but I am curious after approval which I should get soon. what is the timeline for completing nvc and rest of steps needed(if interview, etc) before I can take my wife back to states? she's indian btw
My GC is approved but Daughter's still pending
Good news is that my GC is approved. When I filed, daughter was under 14 so even though we went to ASC for fingerprinting, they declined to take. I was on L1A (so she was dependent L2). My GC got approved on 17-Mar and I received notice to complete her biometrics scheduled on 3-April. But attorney is saying that she has gone out of L2/ NIV status. They are yet to get back to me on what needs to be done but wanted to see if anyone else faced similar problem.
