Interview for marriage-based green card in Orlando on March 14 went well. Officer said 3 weeks for response, but it’s been 3 months. Status still says “case must be reviewed”. Any advice?

Did they say during the interview whether it was approved or not? The consul told me that I was approved on May 2025 for 2 years GC and my I-130 was approved on the same day, but my I-485 is still pending. Did they even approve your I-130?

She didn't say anything except to wait 3 weeks for a response.

did u get a letter after the interview, mines had said don't inquire until after 3 months. so if 3 months passed just send an inquiry

I did my interview on the 25 of March same field office I didn't get any paper but I was told by the officer that the work load is heavy so it will take some time and also that he will submit my doc to his supervisor for a review that same Day I saw the review but until now no approval.... it hurts I need my freedom my pd is April 2023
