We have taken an action to your case
I received an email from USCIS saying "We have taken an action to your case" but when I checked online, there's no changes at all. My status is still saying "Case is received and receipt notice was sent". Some people saying that when they get that email, they get approved few days after but it's been 2 weeks and no changes at all. Anyone have the same experience? @Christine Kova Whenever you receive an email saying “We have taken an action on your case” but the status hasn’t changed, it most likely means that USCIS has transferred your petition to another service center. You can chat with Emma to ask where your case is now, but you should receive a decision soon— all service centers are currently working on petitions submitted in March. Which service center was initially assigned to your case?

I see. Maybe that's why I got an email. I tried chatting with Emma but she couldn't give me an answer. Texas Service center for my mom. California Service center for my dad.
