a notice was returned to uscis i360 update 03/25
hello all.
was in a disarray seeing an update on my i360 , it said a notice was sent back to USCIS since it cannot be delivered.what notice do you think it might be. all my notices and the cards are supposed to be received by my lawyer and mostly what kind of notice it might be?
any experience ?

If I’ve had DACA since I was 19 up until now, I’m 32. Also, granfathered (maybe) with 245I with my mom when she applied for it at her work. Does my Vawa process move quicker due to me having DACA??
I received a RFE for good moral character in Feb 07, 2025, filed in Jan 16, 2025, it was received in March 17. How long for response? Does having DACA speed the process??

My case is outside normal processing and I was chatting with a agent and I could tell she was so annoyed by me asking about my case. She kept saying “your case is processing, please be patient.” How can one be patient when I’m waiting more than two years. she could not give me any form of information on my case. she just wanted me off the line.

Hi all. I submitted my EAD and AP renewal to Nebraska. They received my packet on Feb 3 2025. It’s March 19 2025 as of writing and I have not received my notice of receipt.
What should I do?

i've been waiting for 11 days and i still haven't received any welcome letter, is it normal? do i need to send an inquiry or i need to file i-824? i know the normal time range is 2-6 weeks but i saw a lot of people got their case transferred to the nvc in 3-7 days 😢 #ir2 #welcomeletter #nvc
