No changes in Visa Bulletin
The wait will be very very long, let's be honest since the last time the EB-2 visa bulletin was current, 2 years have passed from November 2022 to today the bulletin is in March 2023, in 2 years it has only advanced 4 months, someone rightly said, those of October - December 2023 we have a long wait until the next fiscal year or more to be current.
We have to be patiens!

Hello guys i filed for my husband in 12/2023 and got the letter 01/2024 however its almost a year and our case hasn’t even been moved it says its actively being reviewed ! i am a little desperate since in my country embassy ( Dominican Republic) the wait for an interview is a whole year as well! so any idea how long does TEXASs uscis office takes to approve a case? what month they working on it right now? any help, any hope, any info ya have please share! or let just all cry together of how hard this process is getting 😔😔😣😣

RFE, what’s next?
Hi everyone, I just wanted to see what everyone else’s timelines are looking like. I received an RFE on 09/27, to which my immigration team responded to on 10/28 and we received confirmation of it being received on 10/29.
The ETA was 2 weeks from 10/29 for a next step/outcome, today marks the 14 mark, and no response yet, the USCIS still shows 2 weeks, I understand that these are estimates and timelines are not always accurate.
I just wanted to hear from everyone else, how much longer until I see activity?
this is for my I-485, the I-130 still shows 3 months.
