it’s so exhausting. I am in same shoes. case pending since 2020. I have reached out to both senator and congressman but sane response from USCIS. stuck with clearance. My son is about to enter college and can’t qualify for FAFSA cos of green card and have to pay out of pocket.

@waiting_since Jan_2020 you case is out of processing time. contact your senator (go online and search senators for your state) email them and let them put in an inquiry for you. @summerlover 07 Do the above too before mandamus because the latter costs money

@Waiting Cat, did everything. congressman , senate, ombudsman, e-inquiry. you name it. nothing working out. i don't know what to do anymore and this stress killing me every single day.

When did you contact uscis last time? If it has been a while,maybe you can try that again?

If you want to file mandamus, as my friend did with his delayed case, get help with it. Search youtube for "writ of mandamus pro se" he got help from mandamus pro se. Wish you luck
