Finally Updated i485 Approved after Interview.š„³
My Husband and I Attended to his Interview on June 9th.
we we were advice my husband was approved on the spot before we even got to seat in the office. interview was really fun and smooth. No Question were asked, No Documents requested. āunsolicited Evidence is very very importantā. always added everything as it happened and all milestones in our life. new bills new statements, tax and everything we thought could be useful and mostly pictures a lot of them. the day of the interview we were told that she already saw everything and felt like she knew us and our family already. came back home with all evidence I took with us untouched. photo album she saw because I ordered her to do so since I spent 3 days making it for her lol. which she looked at all pictures and laughed about them all. ā270 pictures totalā.
i130 was approved by the time we got to the car.
i1485 changed to actively reviewing this case.
TODAY JUNE 26 ā15 days after the interviewā Finally updated to i485 APPROVED and Document is on the Document Tab. Finally Done now letās wait for my Husband GC to Arrive šš„³.

@HRZ-JW PC we had similar experience, while I was living in United Kingdom, my wife do visit me and we travelled wild then we are just dating, we visited Manchester United football club stadium , Manchester City and we are in Germany , Edinburgh, Albania , Belgium ā¦. so during our interview our interviewer saw a lot of luxury holidays prior before our marriage ā¦. we got approved on a spotā¦ I received the email while still attending interview, both I-485 and I-130 ā¦ all I can say is that itās much easier when you have clean record and itās your first marriage and both of you are relatively same age
