i don't know what is going on with SIJS before 2022 there was no deffered action just priority date becomes current and child file green card but thet launch deffered action policy in March 2022 and now from april 2025 they stop giving deffered action and upload g325a form to separate request for deffered action means USCIS will bot issue deffered action with approval of i360 and bow on june 6 25 they completely deny that no more automatic deffered action and EAD??? i think if ur lawyer said wait for October because new fiscal year 2026 will start in October?? so not able to imagine even what's going to happen

@d t According to current policy, if you resend a new application, which means the case will definitely rejected by USCIS. Even effect your current case process.

USCIS will no longer grant deferred action to SIJ petitioners whose visa numbers are not yet available… and will no longer accept or adjudicate Form I-765 filed under category (c)(14) based on a grant of deferred action”. So from my understanding, since they used the word “adjudicate”, it’s very likely that they’ll simply ignore and forget all the pending I-765 cases unless there’s a new policy issued or proposed …?
