done both. I had contacted the congressman but unfortunately I did it right before my case would go out the “normal” processing time of 12.5 months. So they just replied “your case is still within the normal processing time” I also open an e-request mid-May (when my case went outside of normal processing) but nobody as replies to that yet. I have contacted Emma and she says that they can take as long as 60 business day to reply. I’m so fed up If by the end of 60 days they won’t reply to the e-req I will reach out again to Congresssman

@MM CC I think you might be eligible for Writ of mandamus. Contact an attorney and they can tell you how to get them to make a decision. They should have by now.

that’s terrible, they don’t have any deadlines, they’d rather approve people with 80 days than somebody with 300-400, thats so unfair and stupid 🤷‍♂️Some FOs are just deadly overloaded and everything will be only worse with current administration 🫡

@K V I waited one year for I-140 and submitted pp and approved after 4 days

and I am still at NBC, not FO
