EB2-based AOS
Hello, Action date for my EB2-NIW-based AOS becomes current since March 2025, per visa bulletin released in Feb. My AOS package was sent in Oct 2024. Did biometrics in Nov. and EAD got approved in Dec, 2024. I'm waiting for further updates on my i485. Anyone on same boat? My I140 priority date was April 2023 and got approved June same year, in less than eight weeks. Please advise how close my AOS case would be for updates with possible approval by the USCIS. Thanks,
I updated our address within the system a day before we were approved.
I checked on the website for USCIS and it is updated and showing the new address. does anyone know if that is accurate? I’m just nervous don’t know where we will be reviving our welcome letter, and new SS. not worried about the green card as it goes to our lawyers office first.

good day family I saw on instagram one lawyer, Olayeye making an announcement that people are being picked up when they go for their interview one location in Florida she says yes you get a interviewdate and you have to go but when they show up they are being picked up by ICE . they show up for their interview and ice picks them up.. she also says this was on the uscis website page.. and these people also probably had removal cases or overstayed.. she says its best to go to the interview with your lawyer if possible.. guys this is what I just saw. not trying to scare anyone. we all in the same boat. may the lord keep us safe. !!!!
card mailed to me without tracking number
hello everyone, I hope y’all doing great today. Is there anyone who recently has their I485 or green card approved? how long did it take to get your card? the last update on my case was “card was mailed to me” since 12 days ago, I didn’t receive a tracking number,y attorney hasn’t recieved the card yet. I’ve called uscis office severally without success and the agent I spoke with yesterday escalated the issue to a tier two officer, and told me to expect a call from an officer soon. Did anyone else experience this situation? #greencard #vawa #I-360
