hello it’s some one else in the same boat as me I been waiting 8 months now since uscis received my rfe medical on 8/6/2024 and still no approval
date is march 17 2023
the forget about my case
I’m moving forward to make an expedite with a senator
or as well with a congressman
it’s just unfair when I started the process the processing times was in 13 months something like that And now it just increase to 17 months in 5 days I’m reaching 17 months
what do you guys think
I ve already seen December aprobals and considering that is a child I supposed that was a very easy decision for uscis I mean there’s no lies there is a genuine connection
