I-130 timeline
hello everyone, I’m just curious about something and would appreciate your help: I know that for my category (F2A), my I-130 can take a lot more, but recently I saw a couple of people who got theirs approved before the visa bulletin being current and I just wanted to know if that is possible. I know that I-485 depends on the visa bulletin to be current but I’m not sure if I-130 does as well. I appreciate your comment

I-130 can be approved if it is concurrent filing. Only I-485 depends on visa bulletin. My I-130 was approved after 13 months

same for me, my pd is June 2022 when I filed my i130 and i485 concurrently. my i130 got approved end of Dec 2023. But i485 is not approved and depends on visa bulletin. note that I am in the US.
