RFE for medical and 485J
hi all, I am about to change my job (potential offers but haven’t accepted any) and I just got the rfe for medicals. Should I wait and send them together or should I send the medicals first and send the 485J later? what if my gc is approved before I send the 485j? will it be a problem in the future? I don’t want to wait because my ead extention will expire soon and I have been waiting for gc.. #485 #485j #jobportability
I-129F RFE Experience?
Hello everybody! I submited an I-129F in June 2020 and received a RFE in September 2021, I just submited the RFE Response and was just received on November 12, 2021. Anyone who had to submit RFE for a 129-F could please share their experience? How long after the documentation was received for a response? Thanks!
I765 and I131 - Expedite
Submitted a request for expedited processing of both my travel document and EAD on Thursday, receiving a request to submit further evidence in 48 hours yesterday.
All submitted today - here is hoping. Items submitted:
- Letter of Support from Employer
- Business Financials from FY20 / FY21
- Client Contract negotiations / value
- Evidence if severe financial loss to the Business.
- Plus Others Items.

Form I-131
My mother have applied for form I-131. I have only received one communication from USCIS and when I checked online at USCIS Case Status Check site, it states as of October 6, 2021 fingerprints relating to her application have been applied to her case. 1) Does that mean she is approved or does she still need to go to some kind of appointment with USCIS? And also 2) How long does it usually take to get the approval at this point?

Interview Email
Hey family, I was wondering if anybody went through this situation or similar... I submitted an address change request a few weeks ago and today I got an email response basically stating that they are unable to update my address at this time because my case has been scheduled for an interview at my field office (Tampa) and that they enclosed a copy of my interview notice. There is nothing enclosed to the email 😐 I chatted with a live agent and she told me that she does not see an interview scheduled, so I’m very confused lol anybody else experienced something similar?
Potomac center October filers
USCIS at the Potomac center is approving November, December and January of 2021. I am American citizen and filled October 28 of 2020 and still have not heard anything. is there a reason why my case is taking longer than others citizens? anyone who filed before me still waiting?

hello folks...
I raised a service request on Nov 1 via emma chat since my case receipt date was April 6 and RFE response recs date was sept 20 for a i765 STEM extension application....I was told they would rely within 30 days....
can someone share how is the service request taken care of and timelines by which they respond.??
URGENT -> travel to USA when i-130 is pending (consular processing)
I did file form 130 for my parents recently. can they travel to USA while USCIS is looking at their 130 case? it’s a consular processing.
in past my parents have traveled multiple times to USA, mostly short visits. they have valid 10 year B1-B2 visa. they never had any immigration issues, never over stayed.
do you think they will face any issues at the port of entry or if their pending I 130 will have any adverse effect due to travel?
