Service request...process
hello folks... I raised a service request on Nov 1 via emma chat since my case receipt date was April 6 and RFE response recs date was sept 20 for a i765 STEM extension application....I was told they would rely within 30 days.... can someone share how is the service request taken care of and timelines by which they respond.??

unfortunately you will get final result only if you are lucky else long wait…. it might sounds very rude but that’s the reality

We both are in the same pool. My RFE response was received on Sep 21st. Last week I raised a service request.

@y k - Mine is change of status from F1 to H4 / H4 EAD and receipt date’s are Feb21st and March 20th.
