yes you can. I have asked them about it twice now.

I don't think you can request for you case to be transferred to another field office.

I am just scared of the process to do it. just wondering if there is anybody here who has done it and how successful it was.

unless you move or if uscis decides to move it for whatever reason

the agent on the phone told me I have to write a letter and send it to the office that has my case now but the agent on Emma told me I have write to the office I want. I told them I wanted to move the case because NBC seems to process cases more efficiently than Nebraska and they never asked I had physically moved somewhere to be able to do it.

I'd love to know the answer. I doubt if applicant can request it.

I'd never trust agents since they're just some operators with limited knowledge. Being said that I'm not sure :)...

well you should definitely try that option and see if it works to be honest I would try anything to make my case move faster...nothing beats a try but a failure.

isn't it that msc just processes cases that were not filed concurrently? also, loads of nebraska cases get transferred without you knowing

@Felicia, and I assume you only found out once your case got approved? When did you get the approval?

Nebraska recieved my i751 in april 2020 and nothing since then. nebraska is by far the slowest center. I never see anybody getting approved from that center.
