it’s long backlog for Indians.. I got EAD las year which was for one year and expiring next month and have H1B for one year. it’s mess… and yet USCIS issuing GC to people who do not have PD current and PD in 2012/2013 so frustrated

that’s crazy but at least you are able to work. to be honest I wouldn’t mind how long it would take for my GC as long as I have an EAD and always working. being off work sucks and savings are dry now. but I totally understand your side though.

@deds yea this whole process is a mess. some maybe be marginally better than others but overall this process puts a huge strain on the mental health of ALL immigrants.
