I was requested birth certificate from sponsor (us citizen)

may be medical, I filed in August and just got medical RFE

I submitted the medical documents though

I filed in July and they gave me Rfe in aug for birth certificate, form 864, my husband employment letter, tax information and still waiting to hear back

Soma@ I submitted my medical and got REF to resubmit, if the medical was submitted more than 60 days from the date the physician signed the documents, it will not be accepted (that is what happen with me).
