no decision after 30 months of i 485 interview

nope I don’t. I went that down that path and all I got was pending pending pending. now I sued them federal judge has given them until the 6th Dec to give me my decision. only way to do it

without sounding arrogant. I’ve paid millions of dollars to this country in taxes and investments. if they deny me then somewhere else will benefit from my investment and entrepreneurship

some cases appear to be stuck post interview you should consider legal action as stated above

in my case - a few days after filing suit - I got a notification that my i140 was reaffirmed and sent back to NBC! so basically when I went to my interview the officer had no idea what I was actually there for as he didn’t have my i140. my case appeared to have been separated. seemed strange at the time he asked ZERO questions about my business or what I am doing in the US. just yes and no’s and confirming address etc. I’m here on EB1A
