please help😔 does anyone have a similar timeline? my online case hasn’t changed since July 28 saying “ Interviewd scheduled“ and I attended my interview on August 25 2021. my receipt # MSC21914

Question on EB categories GC decision

For the final decision of GC approval, does the case need to be transferred to field office even though interview is waived? Or, can NBC directly approve the cases?

My status just updated this morning from “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” to “Interview was scheduled”, I just wonder when i will get the interview notice letter? I also applied for I-765 and I-131 at the same time, but nothing is happens….! My pd is June-22 2021, MSC219149… ! Thank you guys …!

Santa Ana - Updates on Interviews?

Anyone know what month PD they are scheduling interviews for in Santa Ana CA? I remember reading some posts that someone from Feb 2021 got scheduled and maybe some from early March. I'm in April so hoping to hear something soon.

EAD (I-765) filled in October 2020, no updates after biometrics

Case filled on 10/30/2020 Priority date is 04/14/2020 Nebraska service center case was concurrently filled with I-485, EB-2 Biometrics taken on 09/09/2021 tried to ask for expedite request but was denied I submitted a service request on 11/17/2021 and response should arrive by 12/09 am I just unlucky? or are there folks in the same situation? any advise? #i765 #ead #nebraska
