Waiting for NOA 2 Brazil
I don't understand the reason for this delay for the California Center to approve the NOA2 and as if it were enough, it still goes back 5 days for the inquiry that doesn't work because there are people who have already done 5 Inquiries and nothing now furthermore it has increased the processing time to 8.5 and no one is getting with 8.5 and to complete the nastiness of USCIS there are still people with 10 and 11 months waiting and he still sends RFE ........ summarizing and everything to save time and delay even more because they are only there to fulfill work hours and nothing else. I'm angry because I know that even I with 8 months of waiting, I will not receive my NOA2 now since there are people who are in a worse situation than mine

I filed I-130 on May 9, 21 and got actively reviewed on Oct 7, it’s being processed in Nebraska Service Center, when I tried to send them inquiry “Outside processing time” it shows my case still within the posted processing time, while in the processing table it shows I can send them inquiry if my case filed before date of May 13 😓

ANY AUGUST 2021 FILERS IN NEBRASKA GETTING APPROVED???
Its been 4 months since we filed and we thought Nebraska is the fastest. Our case is still reviewed may I know if anyone here who filed August getting reviewed or approved already?

Travel Authorization
I have a Cort in Boston scheduled for November 6, 2023 but I've been in Brazil for almost 3 years and I tried to return to America twice but the airline Latam didn't let me board the plane back to the USA wanting my Gren Card expired but I'm with US immigration travel authorization letter extension of my Gren Card expired for 18 months and I went to the US consulate in Rio de Janeiro and paid the immigration travel authorization form I-131A fee and was still denied mine. US immigration travel permit. And because of this pandemic my case got worse and everything was closed.my Cort in Boston was for June 8, 2020. I have travel authorization letter from US immigration but because of this pandemic it was set for November 6, 2023 and US consulate in Rio de Janeiro is wanting me to pay again US immigration travel authorization what should I do with this situation
My experience with Immigration Service Officer
Your approval will depend on who you have as officer first not your mariage is bona field.
We attended to our first interview my spouse and I feeling very confident. All the basics questions the officer asked to my wife about my life pass and present she responded correctly and I did the same by answering the questions asked to me. At the end of the interview which wasn’t smooth because a lot of questions were asked and asked again in different ways the officer gave us a letter saying that our case is hold for review and we will hear from them in 120 days max. On our way out of the building our lawyer said we did well and the officer will probably approuve us. Six (06) weeks later we received a letter saying to come in for a second interview which was a stock interview and we went back again my spouse and me. The second officer was worst than the first one. I feel he was looking for an excuse to denie our case and he worked to have them. before he start the interview, he said he hope to have both of us until the end of the interview because he had other who run away before he finish interviewing them. During the interview he got in an argument with our lawyer who complain about his questions he said he is not the kind of officer who approve a case to make him self look good, he have nothing to prouve to his supervisor anymore and if he denied us and we went to see a judge who approve us he did his job well and the judge did his job too. A week letter we received his denial letter and he completely ignored some evidence we gave to them letter from my wife and my family, membership from stores and gym, A batch of 50 photos he called limited random pictures. Now I’m filling a new application to send it out by the end of the year hoping at the next interview in 2022 we have a better Officer.
