I filed I-130 on May 9, 21 and got actively reviewed on Oct 7, it’s being processed in Nebraska Service Center, when I tried to send them inquiry “Outside processing time” it shows my case still within the posted processing time, while in the processing table it shows I can send them inquiry if my case filed before date of May 13 😓

same mine was in Nebraska and they moved it to Potomac. You should ask Emma where ur case is processing

They might have transferred you to a different center. Which u will only find out by asking them because they will not send notice. They are suppose to but no one really ever gets them.

Oh my god!
my spouse’s case has been aproved and now with the NVC, in this case we might get her visa while my son’s case still not approved yet by USCIS 😓😓

same thing happened to me. so chat them.. it transferd to potomac service center am am sure yours too will be same so chat them online bro
