I’m same everything Feb 25. Nothing approved yet

I'm an April filer. I just received EAD card and got an interview scheduled after three time submitted expedite request. I received EAD approval two business days after I sent them evidence for my last request and got the interview scheduled same day as well. FO is San Antonio, Texas.

congratulations! so basically they are just dead cat if not expedited!

@ shrav. As I see on Reddit, it seemed like that to me. Of course, there were also many filers who got their GC within 4-5 months. Personally, I had to submit requests three times and contacted several congressmen.

@John, there are some criteria, severe financial loss, humanitarian reasons, etc. The more evidence you can provide, the higher chance you have of being approved. For me, I submitted financial loss, humanitarian reasons

Nothing yet, May21 filing all concurrent. EB1C to Nebraska. Even Medicals submitted in November however no update.
