I-130
my I-130 has been showing actively reviewing since Sep 30 2021 in the Vermont service center. and I am a USA citizen. do you guys have any idea how long it takes?

you might be getting rfe that's wat happened to us it was saying actively reviewing for two months n the next thing we got was rfe but just pray for good news soon

Also mines as well. Since April of this year. We received a RFE cancellation of evidence this month. I don't know what comes after that.

@ mon to answer your question it all depends on where your center is at. It can take 6 or 8 months. it all depends.

Nebraska, actively reviewed since September 2021. I called an agent yesterday because I got my citizenship and wanted to make sure that they upgraded my petition. And they said to wait…🤷♀️
