sad but true
I get married 16 years ago. We have a daughter and a puppy. We traveled around the world many times and we have tons of pics. although this stuff, this MFs (USCIS) needs about 2/3 years to understand that my wedding is real. How this people went to the moon? Sorry about my angry, but this is ridiculous…

Sorry you’re experiencing such push back. If USCIS has issued a RFE, just give them what they want, so you can live your life in peace. Good luck.

Uscis is the only one federal agency that they can do whatever they want. I'm waiting for my oath ceremony appointment and they always give me a generic information... (wait wait wait) is very hard to make an appointment at the office or maybe raise an inquiry. Congressman doesn't help at all and unfortunately we only have the customer service that only read a computer script and tell us to wait.
Jenn PDec 8, 2021
@josh I heard that once u passed your interview you have been waiting for 120 days for oath they don't send you can go to the courthouse and ask the judge to do your oath and you'll get your certificate by mail after that. I'm not sure if that's 100% true I'm still finding out more information on this
Josh bigoshDec 8, 2021
@🤔🤔 I don't know what to do anymore. I tried to contact the customer service, congressman, emma, nothing help me. I just need to take an oath and my office has same day ceremony but idk why I'm not scheduled yet. I can't afford immigration court +$5k I only have to wait until they take my case from the dust drawer. Frustrating
Jenn PDec 8, 2021
ooh I didn't know you had to pay for the judge to do it because I heard it on one lawyer's live on YouTube live. wow 5k is too much
Josh bigoshDec 8, 2021
Yes. Not sure the name but I think is mandamus. It's expensive and the immigration still have some couple of days to respond. I have a court hearing coming up if I don't hear from the immigration I'll ask if the judge can help me. I don't have choices.
